Refund policy

You see every detected piece before you pay, so most surprises are caught in the free preview. If something still goes wrong, we fix it or give your money back.

You get a full refund if

• the DXF file does not open in your pattern CAD or 3D software and we can’t fix it within 5 working days;
• the file is materially different from the preview you saw before paying (missing pieces, wrong scale);
• you were charged twice for the same file.

No refund if

• the file matches the preview and opens correctly, but you no longer need it;
• the original pattern itself contains errors, or you uploaded the wrong file.

How to ask

E-mail [email protected] within 30 days of purchase from the address you used at checkout. Include the file name, the program and version you imported it into, and a screenshot of the problem. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 days.
